Blythewood Town is a town located in the Fairfield and Richland counties, South Carolina, United States. According to the latest population census dating back to 2000, the Blythewood Town is home to 170 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 1407, It is 33rd least populous in South Carolina. Its area is just over 3.22 mi˛ (8.34 sq km), of which, 3.16 square miles (8.18 sq km) of it is land and 0.06 square miles (0.16 sq km) of it is water, making it the 178th largest by size in South Carolina.
