Bluffton City is a city in the Wells County, Indiana, United States. In 2000, city's population was 9536 inhabitants. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 9320, making it Indiana's 75th largest. The city has a total area of 6.62 square miles (17.15 square kilometre), of which, 6.61 square miles (17.12 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 square kilometre) of it is water, makes it the 74th largest by total area in Indiana.
