Bluefield City is a city located in the Mercer County, West Virginia, United States. In 2000, city's population was 11451 inhabitants. The city's estimated population as of July 2008 was 11093, It is the 14th largest by population in the U.S. state of West Virginia. It has total area of 8.73 sq mi (22.61 kmē), it is the 23rd largest by area in the U.S. state of West Virginia.
