Blue Rapids City is one of the city of Marshall County, Kansas, located towards the Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. The city has a population of 1088 as per the 2000 census data. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the city is 1018, It is Kansas's 195th largest by population . Its area is just over 2.08 mi˛ (5.39 sq km), of which, 2.06 square miles (5.34 sq km) of it is land and 0.02 square miles (0.05 sq km) of it is water, makes it the 95th largest by total area in Kansas.
