Blountsville Town is a town located in Blount County, Alabama, in the Southern Region (East South Central) of United States. The population of town in 2000 stood at 1768 as per the Census data. Its area is just over 5.49 sq mi (14.22 sq km), of which, 5.42 square miles (14.04 sq km) of it is land and 0.07 square miles (0.18 sq km) of it is water, it is the 227th largest in terms of geographical size.
