Blooming Valley Borough is a borough located in the Crawford County, Pennsylvania, United States. Blooming Valley Borough had an official population of 378 in 2000. In July 2008, its estimated population was 467, It is the 226th smallest in terms of population. Its area is just over 1.96 square miles (5.08 sq km), of which, 1.94 square miles (5.02 sq km) of it is land and 0.02 square miles (0.05 sq km) of it is water, it is the 388th largest by area in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania.
