Bloomer City is a city located in Chippewa County, Wisconsin, in the Midwestern Region (East North Central) of United States. As per the 2000 census, city has a population of 3347 inhabitants. In July 2008, its estimated population was 3304, giving it the 167th largest population among Wisconsin. The city encompasses an area of 2.75 sq mi (7.12 sq km ), of which, 2.69 square miles (6.97 sq km) of it is land and 0.06 square miles (0.16 sq km) of it is water, making it the 247th largest by size in Wisconsin.

The racial makeup of the city was 99.13% White, 0.06% Black or African American, 0.27% American Indian, 0.09% Asian, 0% Native Hawaiian, 0.39% from two or more races and 0.06% Other races.
