Blakely Borough is a borough located in the Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania, United States. Blakely Borough had an official population of 7027 in 2000. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 6747, It is the 182nd largest by population in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. It covers total area of 3.86 sq mi (10 kmē), it is the 154th largest in terms of geographical size.
