Blair City is one of the city of Trempealeau County, Wisconsin, located towards the Midwestern Region (East North Central) of United States. The population of the city was 1273 as per the 2000 census data. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 1246, It is the 322nd largest by population in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 1.14 square miles (2.95 sq km), of which, 1.08 square miles (2.8 sq km) of it is land and 0.06 square miles (0.16 sq km) of it is water, making it the 177th smallest by size in Wisconsin.

As of the census of 2000, there were 1273 people, 76 households, and 48 families living in the city. The population density was 1175.2 people per square mile (453.75/kmē), making it the 192nd most densely populated city in Wisconsin. There were 564 housing units at an average density of 522.2 per square mile (201.62/kmē). The average household size was 2.21 and the average family size was 2.92. In the city Population was distributed with 21.7% under the age of 18, 7.1% from 18 to 24, 24.4% from 25 to 44, 18.2% from 45 to 64, and 28.5% who were 65 or older. For every 100 females there were 85 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 85.7 males. The median age was 42.3 years, the median age of male residents at 40.4 and the median age of female residents at 44.7. The racial makeup of the city was 98.51% White, 0.24% Black or African American, 0.16% American Indian, 0.08% Asian, 0% Native Hawaiian, 0.47% from two or more races and 0.55% Other races.
