Blaine County, Oklahoma is a county of the United States of Oklahoma. As of 2000 the population was 11976. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 12659, It is the 51st most populous county in the U.S. state of Oklahoma. The county has a total area of 938.88 square miles (2431.69 kmē), of which, 928.43 square miles (2404.62 kmē) of it is land and 10.45 square miles (27.07 kmē) of it is water, it is the 29th largest by area in the U.S. state of Oklahoma.

According to 2000 Census Bureau, there were 11976 people, 4159 households, and 2867 families residing in the county. The population density was 12.9 people per square mile (4.98/kmē), making its Oklahoma's 21st least densely populated county. There were 5208 housing units at an average density of 5.6 per square mile (2.16/kmē). The average household size was 2.5 and the average family size was 3.08. In the county the population was spread out, with 24% under the age of 18, 9.1% from 18 to 24, 28.6% from 25 to 44, 21.4% from 45 to 64, and 16.8% who were 65 or older. For every 100 males there were 83.9 females. For every 100 males age 18 and over, there were 80 females. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 12659, The racial makeup of the county was 9384 White, 1131 Black or African American, 1211 American Indian, 144 Asian, 185 Native Hawaiian, and 604 from two or more races.
