Blaine City, Anoka and Ramsey counties, Minnesota is a city located in the Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 44942. Its population was estimated at 55042 in July 2008, giving it the 18th largest population among Minnesota. It has total area of 34.02 sq mi (88.11 square kilometre), of which, 33.85 square miles (87.67 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.17 square miles (0.44 square kilometre) of it is water, giving it the 35th largest by total area among Minnesota.
