Blackshear City is a United States city located in the Pierce County, Georgia, United States. In 2000, city's population was 3283 inhabitants. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 3498, making it Georgia's 184th largest. It has total area of 4.37 sq mi (11.32 sq km), of which, 4.28 square miles (11.09 sq km) of it is land and 0.09 square miles (0.23 sq km) of it is water, giving it the 192nd largest by total area among Georgia.
