Black Forest Cdp is a United States census designated place located in the El Paso County, Colorado, United States. The census designated place has a population of 13247 as per the 2000 census data. It is the 40th largest by population in the U.S. state of Colorado. The census designated place extends throughout a territory of 127.53 sq mi (330.3 sq km ), of which, 127.46 square miles (330.12 sq km) of it is land and 0.07 square miles (0.18 sq km) of it is water, making it the fourth largest by size in Colorado.
