Birch Run Village is a city in the Saginaw County, Michigan, United States. As of 2000 the population was 1653. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 1640, making it Michigan's 351st largest. It is spread over 1.92 square miles (4.97 sq km), it is the 332nd largest in terms of geographical size.
