Biglerville Borough is a borough located in the Adams County, Pennsylvania, United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 1101 inhabitants. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the borough is 1146, It is the 846th largest by population in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. It has total area of 0.64 sq mi (1.66 kmē), it is the 433rd smallest by area in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania.
