Bienville Parish is a parish located in the United States of Louisiana. In 2000, the population was 15752. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the parish is 14728, giving it the 11th smallest population among Louisiana's parish. It has total area of 821.77 square miles (2128.37 square kilometre), of which, 810.64 square miles (2099.55 square kilometre) of it is land and 11.13 square miles (28.83 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 24th largest in terms of geographical size.

In the parish the population was spread out, with 27.3% under the age of 18, 8% from 18 to 24, 24.6% from 25 to 44, 22.5% from 45 to 64, and 17.6% who were 65 or older. For every 100 males there were 109.7 females. For every 100 males age 18 and over, there were 116.5 females. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 14728, The racial makeup of the parish was 8332 White, 6224 Black or African American, 46 American Indian, 25 Asian, 0 Native Hawaiian, and 101 from two or more races.
