Beverly City is a one of the Burlington County, New Jersey, located in Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. The city has a population of 2661 as per the 2000 census data. Its population was estimated at 2563 in July 2008, making it the 133rd least populous in New Jersey. The city encompasses an area of 0.77 sq mi (1.99 square kilometre ), of which, 0.58 square miles (1.5 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.2 square miles (0.52 square kilometre) of it is water, makes it the 50th smallest by total area in New Jersey.

As of the census of 2000, there were 2661 residents, 457 households, and 284 families in the city. The population density was 4608.2 people per square mile (1779.24/kmē), making its New Jersey's 130th most densely populated city. There were 1042 housing units at an average density of 1796.6 per square mile (693.67/kmē). The average household size was 2.77 and the average family size was 3.23.
