Berkeley Lake City is a city in the Gwinnett County, Georgia, United States. In 2000, the population was 1695. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 2096, giving it the 270th largest population among Georgia. It has total area of 1.14 square miles (2.95 kmē), of which, 1.01 square miles (2.62 kmē) of it is land and 0.14 square miles (0.36 kmē) of it is water, it is the 130th smallest by area in the U.S. state of Georgia.
