Benton Village is a United States city located in the Lafayette County, Wisconsin, United States. Benton Village had an official population of 976 in 2000. In July 2008, its estimated population was 945, It is Wisconsin's 375th largest by population . It is spread over 0.83 square miles (2.15 kmē), making it the 90th smallest by size in Wisconsin.
