Benson City is a one of the Cochise County, Arizona, located in Western Region (Mountain) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 4711. The July 2008 population estimate is 4833, It is the 79th most populous in the U.S. state of Arizona. The city spans an area of 35.72 square miles (92.51 square kilometre), it is the 42nd largest by area in the U.S. state of Arizona.
