Bend City, Oregon is a city of the Deschutes County, Oregon, United States. The population of city in 2000 stood at 52029 as per the Census data. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 77181, It is Oregon's ninth largest by population . According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 32.24 sq mi (83.5 sq km), of which, 32.02 square miles (82.93 sq km) of it is land and 0.22 square miles (0.57 sq km) of it is water, makes it the fifth largest by total area in Oregon.
