Bedford Borough is a borough located in the Bedford County, Pennsylvania, United States. As of 2000 the population was 3141. The borough's estimated population as of July 2008 was 2999, It is the 438th largest in terms of population. The borough has a total area of 1.11 mi˛ (2.87 square kilometre), giving it the 674th largest by total area among Pennsylvania.
