Beaux Arts Village Town is a town in the King County, Washington, United States. The town has a population of 307 as per the 2000 census data. The town's estimated population as of July 2008 was 298, It is the 70th least populous in the U.S. state of Washington. The town encompasses an area of 0.18 mi˛ (0.47 sq km ), of which, 0.09 square miles (0.23 sq km) of it is land and 0.08 square miles (0.21 sq km) of it is water, it is the third smallest by area in the U.S. state of Washington.

As of the census of 2000, there were 307 residents, 121 households, and 94 families in the town. The population density was 3281.9 people per square mile (1267.15/km˛), it is Washington's 45th most densely populated town.
