Beallsville Borough is a United States borough located in the Washington County, Pennsylvania, United States. In 2000, the population was 511. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the borough is 483, making it the 309th least populous in Pennsylvania. The borough spans an area of 2.43 sq mi (6.29 square kilometre), it is the 287th largest by area in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania.
