Bazine City is a one of the Ness County, Kansas, located in Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 311. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the city is 334, It is the 372nd largest by population in the U.S. state of Kansas. The city comprises an area of 0.44 square miles (1.14 sq km), it is the 344th largest by area in the U.S. state of Kansas.
