Bay Minette City is one of the city of Baldwin County, Alabama, located towards the Southern Region (East South Central) of United States. The population of the city was 7820 as per the 2000 census data. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the city is 8043, It is Alabama's 70th largest by population . It is spread over 8.04 sq mi (20.82 sq km), of which, 8 square miles (20.72 sq km ) of it is land and 0.04 square miles (0.1 sq km) of it is water, it is the 168th largest by area in the U.S. state of Alabama.
