Bay Hill Cdp is a census designated place located in Orange County, Florida, in the Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. In 2000, the population was 5177. giving it the 417th largest population among Florida. Its area is just over 2.6 square miles (6.73 square kilometre), of which, 2.54 square miles (6.58 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.06 square miles (0.16 square kilometre) of it is water, makes it the 539th largest by total area in Florida.
