Bauxite Town is one of the town of Saline County, Arkansas, located towards the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. The population of town in 2000 stood at 432 as per the Census data. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 548, giving it the 316th largest population among Arkansas. The town extends throughout a territory of 2.45 mi˛ (6.35 square kilometre ), of which, 2.39 square miles (6.19 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.06 square miles (0.16 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 208th largest by area in the U.S. state of Arkansas.
