Bath City is a city located in the Sagadahoc County, Maine, United States. In 2000, the population was 9266. The July 2008 population estimate is 8885, It is Maine's 14th largest by population . It is spread over 13.24 miē (34.29 kmē), of which, 9.11 square miles (23.59 kmē ) of it is land and 4.12 square miles (10.67 kmē) of it is water, making it Maine's 26th largest by total area. It is ranks ninth in the size of its inland waterways in Maine.
