Batesburg-leesville Town is a town located in Lexington and Saluda counties, South Carolina, in the Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. The town has a population of 5517 as per the 2000 census data. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 5580, making it South Carolina's 80th largest. The town extends throughout a territory of 7.43 square miles (19.24 square kilometre ), of which, 7.34 square miles (19.01 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.09 square miles (0.23 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 70th largest by area in the U.S. state of South Carolina.

As of the census of 2000, there were 5517 people in the town, organized into 2167 households, and 1482 families residing in the town. The population density was 751.4 people per square mile (290.12/kmē), making its South Carolina's 167th most densely populated town.
