Barnum City is a city in the Carlton County, Minnesota, United States. As of 2000 the population was 525. Its population was estimated at 595 in July 2008, It is Minnesota's 480th largest by population . The city spans an area of 1.01 sq mi (2.62 sq km), it is the 506th largest by area in the U.S. state of Minnesota.
