Bandon City is a city in the Coos County, Oregon, United States. The city has a population of 2833 as per the 2000 census data. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 3248, making it Oregon's 118th largest. Its area is just over 3.1 square miles (8.03 square kilometre), of which, 2.75 square miles (7.12 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.34 square miles (0.88 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 88th largest by area in the U.S. state of Oregon.

As of the census of 2000, there were 2833 residents, 16 households, and 12 families in the city. The population density was 1029.4 people per square mile (397.45/kmē), it is 189th most densely populated city in Oregon.
