Bamberg Town is a town located in Bamberg County, South Carolina, in the Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. The population of town in 2000 stood at 3733 as per the Census data. In July 2008, its estimated population was 3432, It is the 108th most populous in the U.S. state of South Carolina. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 3.54 miē (9.17 kmē), of which, 3.53 square miles (9.14 kmē) of it is land and 0.02 square miles (0.05 kmē) of it is water, it is the 159th largest in terms of geographical size.
