Baldwyn City is a city in the Prentiss and Lee counties, Mississippi, United States. The city has a population of 3321 as per the 2000 census data. In July 2008, its estimated population was 3362, It is the 88th largest in terms of population. It has total area of 11.59 sq mi (30.02 sq km), of which, 11.54 square miles (29.89 sq km) of it is land and 0.05 square miles (0.13 sq km) of it is water, making it Mississippi's 50th largest by total area.
