Bainbridge City, Decatur County, Georgia is a city located in the Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. The population of the city was 11722 as per the 2000 census data. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 12337, It is Georgia's 64th largest by population . The city has a total area of 18.87 square miles (48.87 square kilometre), of which, 17.71 square miles (45.87 square kilometre) of it is land and 1.16 square miles (3 square kilometre) of it is water, making it the 32nd largest by size in Georgia. It is ranks 14 in the size of its inland waterways in Georgia.
