Atlantic Beach Town, Horry County, South Carolina is a town located in the Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 351. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 397, It is 71st least populous in South Carolina. The town extends throughout a territory of 0.16 mi˛ (0.41 sq km ), it is the smallest in terms of geographical size.

As of the census of 2000, there were 351 people, 132 households, and 84 families living in the town. The population density was 2214.5 people per square mile (855.02/km˛), making it the 13th most densely populated town in South Carolina. There were 244 housing units at an average density of 1525 per square mile (588.81/km˛). It has an average household size was 2.66 persons, and the average family size was 3.17 persons. In the town the population was distributed as follows: 29.6% under the age of 18, 9.7% from 18 to 24, 36.2% from 25 to 44, 15.1% from 45 to 64, and 9.4% who were 65 or older. For every 100 females there were 98.3 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 93 males. The median age is 30.4 years, the median age of male residents at 28 and the median age of female residents at 32.4. The racial makeup of the town was 34 White, 288 Black or African American, American Indian, Asian, Native Hawaiian, 4 from two or more races and 25 Ohter races.
