Athol City is a one of the Kootenai County, Idaho, located in Western Region (Mountain) of United States. According to the latest population census dating back to 2000, the Athol City is home to 676 inhabitants. The city's estimated population as of July 2008 was 684, making it Idaho's 100th largest. The city extends throughout a territory of 0.79 sq mi (2.05 sq km ), it is the 110th largest by area in the U.S. state of Idaho.
