Askov City is a United States city located in the Pine County, Minnesota, United States. As of 2000 the population was 368. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 356, It is the 548th largest by population in the U.S. state of Minnesota. The city comprises an area of 1.28 mi˛ (3.32 sq km), giving it the 428th largest by total area among Minnesota.

As of the census of 2000, there were 368 people in the city, organized into 165 households, and 92 families living in the city. The population density was 288.3 people per square mile (111.31/km˛), giving it the 240th least densely populated city among the Minnesota.
