Ashland Borough is a United States borough located in the Columbia and Schuylkill counties, Pennsylvania, United States. Ashland Borough had an official population of 3283 in 2000. The borough extends throughout a territory of 1.74 sq mi (4.51 kmē ), giving it the 441st largest by total area among Pennsylvania.
