Asher Town is a town located in Pottawatomie County, Oklahoma, in the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 419 inhabitants. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the town is 431, making it the 385th most populous in Oklahoma. The town has a total area of 0.8 sq mi (2.07 kmē), makes it the 419th largest by total area in Oklahoma.
