Ashdown City is a city in the Little River County, Arkansas, United States. Ashdown City had an official population of 4781 in 2000. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 4440, It is the 64th most populous in the U.S. state of Arkansas. The city spans an area of 7.15 sq mi (18.52 sq km), of which, 7.11 square miles (18.41 sq km) of it is land and 0.04 square miles (0.1 sq km) of it is water, making it Arkansas's 70th largest by total area.
