Ash Flat City is a city located in Sharp and Fulton counties, Arkansas, in the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. The population of the city was 977 as per the 2000 census data. The city's estimated population as of July 2008 was 1100, It is Arkansas's 205th largest by population . The city comprises an area of 5.56 square miles (14.4 square kilometre), makes it the 98th largest by total area in Arkansas.
