Armstrong Town is a town located in Bryan County, Oklahoma, in the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. In 2000, the population was 141. Its population was estimated at 149 in July 2008, It is the 130th smallest by population in the U.S. state of Oklahoma. The town encompasses an area of 0.09 miē (0.23 kmē), making it the 11th smallest by size in Oklahoma.
