It is the 28th most populous in the U.S. state of Massachusetts. It is spread over 5.51 miē (14.27 kmē), of which, 5.18 square miles (13.42 kmē ) of it is land and 0.33 square miles (0.85 kmē) of it is water, it is the 94th largest by area in the U.S. state of Massachusetts.
