Ardmore City, Tennessee is a city of the Giles and Lincoln counties, Tennessee, United States. Ardmore City had an official population of 1082 in 2000. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 1163, It is the 253rd largest in terms of population. The city extends throughout a territory of 4.54 mi˛ (11.76 square kilometre ), of which, 4.54 square miles (11.76 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 square kilometre) of it is water, makes it the 185th largest by total area in Tennessee.
