Arden Hills City is a city in the Ramsey County, Minnesota, United States. In 2000, the population was 9652. The July 2008 population estimate is 9608, giving it the 86th largest population among Minnesota. The city has a total area of 9.6 sq mi (24.86 sq km), of which, 8.88 square miles (23 sq km) of it is land and 0.73 square miles (1.89 sq km) of it is water, it is the 102nd largest by area in the U.S. state of Minnesota.
