Antlers City is a United States city located in the Pushmataha County, Oklahoma, United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 2552 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the city is 2485, It is 125th most populous in Oklahoma. The city extends throughout a territory of 2.74 square miles (7.1 sq km ), it is the 247th largest by area in the U.S. state of Oklahoma.

As of the census of 2000, there were 2552 people in the city, organized into 1068 households, and 653 families residing in the city. The population density was 931.1 people per square mile (359.5/kmē), it is Oklahoma's 219th most densely populated city. There were 1260 housing units at an average density of 459.9 per square mile (177.57/kmē). The average household size was 2.28 persons, and the average family size was 2.96 persons. In the city the population was spread out, with 26.7% under the age of 18, 7.5% from 18 to 24, 23.7% from 25 to 44, 19.9% from 45 to 64, and 22.3% who were 65 or older.
