Antelope County is a United States county located in the United States of Nebraska. Antelope County had an official population of 7452 in 2000. The county's estimated population as of July 2008 was 6679, giving it the 44th largest population among Nebraska's county. Its area is just over 858.43 miē (2223.32 kmē), of which, 857.06 square miles (2219.78 kmē) of it is land and 1.37 square miles (3.55 kmē) of it is water, it is the 25th largest by area in the U.S. state of Nebraska.

For every 100 females there were 96.8 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 94.3 males.
