Anna City is a city located in Collin County, Texas, in the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. The population of the city was 1225 as per the 2000 census data. Its population was estimated at 1889 in July 2008, It is the 832nd most populous in the U.S. state of Texas. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 1.67 square miles (4.33 sq km), giving it the 977th largest by total area among Texas.
