Angier Town, Harnett County, North Carolina is a town located in the Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. In 2000, town's population was 3419 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 4344, giving it the 175th largest population among North Carolina. The town comprises an area of 2.3 sq mi (5.96 square kilometre), of which, 2.29 square miles (5.93 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 351st largest by area in the U.S. state of North Carolina.

As of the census of 2000, there were 3419 people in the town, organized into 1356 households, and 871 families living in the town. The population density was 1493.7 people per square mile (576.72/kmē), making its North Carolina's 70th most densely populated town. There were 1478 housing units at an average density of 645.4 per square mile (249.19/kmē). The average household size was 2.46 persons, and the average family size was 3 persons.
